Organic Apple Cider Vinegar Gives a lot of Bang for a few Bucks!

A few years ago my mother was telling me how my aunt was losing weight by adding organic apple cider vinegar mixed in water to her diet. So I decided to do some research and the benefits I found were astounding. I said to myself, for $3 or $4 why not try it out I see what benefits I get out of it. My dosage was before bed, I took about 1 tablespoon w/ 8 oz of water. I went to work the next day and had so much energy I couldn't believe it. I trained 8 clients that day back to back and felt wonderful, I could have trained 8 more with ease. The energy felt natural. I didn't feel jittery or crashed later in the day. I continue to take it 3x a day before meals. I definitely noticed consistent weight loss as well as a glowing and clearer face. Other benefits I received were, improved digestion, and sleep. Many have experienced success with reduced cholestorol, blood pressure, aches, joint pain, colds, congestion, constipation, allergies, sugar cravings plus a ton more I haven't mentioned. Taking the organic apple cider vinegar should be consistent to see results. Most individuals report benefits from the first day. To learn more information on this century old remedy and the endless success stories visit http://www.earthclinic.com/. Check with your doctor before trying any alternatives to your conditions/medications. Organic apple cider vinegar is definitely worth a shot. Let me know how it works for you.

Dr. Mary Ciske Does It All!

Is there anything Mary can't do? Not!! This terrific lady has a Ph.D in English, owns a business selling her handcrafted dolls, teaches effective writing courses to various companies, takes dance classes 2 nights a week, and of course trains 2 days a week with KETTLEBELLS! Mary doesn't let anything stop her from achieving her goals. She enjoys being active, despite of any challenges or setbacks that may arise. I have had the opportunity to work with Mary nearly 3 years. Her initial goal was weight loss which she achieved before her goal date of her daughter's wedding in '07. Later in the year she under went surgery for knee replacement. After completed her rehabilitation and she came back to me for training in '08. I've watched Mary work extremely hard on getting her strength back in her knees as well as the rest of body. At age 57, Mary consistently strives and challenges herself to be better than ever... Your wonderful Mary! You are a great example we all can strive to emulate!
