Tracy Reifkind's Swing Workouts = WEIGHTLOSS!!!

Let me tell how much I love Tracy Reifkind's swing workouts! I try her program for approximately 4 months, and let me tell you the pounds just GO!!! This is one of the best conditioning workouts I have ever used. I took a break from the program. I started back today and let me tell you, IT KICKED MY TAIL! I quickly remembered how challenging her workouts can be. My heart rate was through the roof! The cool thing about Tracy's swing style is the nice soulful, rhythmic flow that I experience doing it. I think that is what helps me get through the workout. I feel like I am dancing at various speeds, sometimes easy, sometimes hard, fast and/or aggressive. The "Roundabout" combinations and "Speed" swings are my favorite. If you don't know about Tracy Reifkind, RKC (Russian Kettlebell Challenge) instructor, I highly suggest you find out about her 100 + POUNDS weightloss journey and her kettlebell training at http://tracyrif.blogspot.com/. College Softball Player chooses Kettlebell Training During Off Season!

Elizabeth Crowe wanted to try something different during her off season from softball. This smart lady decided on kettlebell training!! Liz plays for Mary Washington University in Virginia. She will be returning to school in a week better than ever for the season. Liz committed herself to four weeks of training and did an outstanding job! We focused on her learning the basic kettlebell exercise drills and learning good technique. During her training, the Swing and Turkish Get-up was heavily emphasized. These two drills are essential and will definitely make her a powerful and better player. As the weeks went by, she turned into a serious swinging and snatching queen. On Liz's last kettlebell session, she successfully double snatched two 16kg (35.4pds) kettlebells!!! Great job Liz! Knock 'em out this season and KEEP SWINGING THE KETTLEBELL!!!

Erin Cianciolo is NOT Jokin' w/ the 24KG Kettlebell!!

What more can I say, Erin Cianciolo is one HARD WORKIN', STRONG lady. She accomplished her pistol with ease using a 24kg (52.3 pounds) Dragon Door kettlebell with me for the 1st time yesterday!! She is 4'11 and 1/2", weighs 105pds and is one of the strongest females I know. I have had the priviledge of knowing her for 4 years, and as well as working with her throughout the years. During this time, I've watched how hard she has worked to achieve her fitness goals as well as building a great physique by lifting heavier weights, such as squating 195pds, deadlifts at 225pd, pullups, swings, snatches, etc... Bottom line, she is not taking body pump or using that darn thigh machine to have the body or the strength she has. Besides being a "Strength Queen", she is a wonderful mother of 3 children!! I'm very proud of Erin and all her hard work she has done to achieve her personal and athletic goals. Keep rollin' Erin!! Go for your next goal of becoming Crossfit certified! You and your achievements are a true inspiration to all women! BTW- to all the women that consistently ask how to look like Erin, put the 5 pounds weights down and stop eating ice cream coffee crap at Starbucks!

Organic Apple Cider Vinegar Gives a lot of Bang for a few Bucks!

A few years ago my mother was telling me how my aunt was losing weight by adding organic apple cider vinegar mixed in water to her diet. So I decided to do some research and the benefits I found were astounding. I said to myself, for $3 or $4 why not try it out I see what benefits I get out of it. My dosage was before bed, I took about 1 tablespoon w/ 8 oz of water. I went to work the next day and had so much energy I couldn't believe it. I trained 8 clients that day back to back and felt wonderful, I could have trained 8 more with ease. The energy felt natural. I didn't feel jittery or crashed later in the day. I continue to take it 3x a day before meals. I definitely noticed consistent weight loss as well as a glowing and clearer face. Other benefits I received were, improved digestion, and sleep. Many have experienced success with reduced cholestorol, blood pressure, aches, joint pain, colds, congestion, constipation, allergies, sugar cravings plus a ton more I haven't mentioned. Taking the organic apple cider vinegar should be consistent to see results. Most individuals report benefits from the first day. To learn more information on this century old remedy and the endless success stories visit http://www.earthclinic.com/. Check with your doctor before trying any alternatives to your conditions/medications. Organic apple cider vinegar is definitely worth a shot. Let me know how it works for you.

Dr. Mary Ciske Does It All!

Is there anything Mary can't do? Not!! This terrific lady has a Ph.D in English, owns a business selling her handcrafted dolls, teaches effective writing courses to various companies, takes dance classes 2 nights a week, and of course trains 2 days a week with KETTLEBELLS! Mary doesn't let anything stop her from achieving her goals. She enjoys being active, despite of any challenges or setbacks that may arise. I have had the opportunity to work with Mary nearly 3 years. Her initial goal was weight loss which she achieved before her goal date of her daughter's wedding in '07. Later in the year she under went surgery for knee replacement. After completed her rehabilitation and she came back to me for training in '08. I've watched Mary work extremely hard on getting her strength back in her knees as well as the rest of body. At age 57, Mary consistently strives and challenges herself to be better than ever... Your wonderful Mary! You are a great example we all can strive to emulate!
